Tundra Festival against Drugs

Tundra Festival against Drugs

Drugs are unwelcome and illegal at Tundra Festival – as they are in the rest of Lithuania. As a result, we keep our right to show aggressive, misbehaved or spaced-out people their way out of the territory as well as inform police officers in case of a drug related criminal activity we would disclose.

Please be aware of:

  • The composition and individual reaction to chemical drugs varies constantly. That’s why even the drugs or their combination you already know may pose you to different risk, often undesired to drug users themselves.
  • All kinds of drugs are known to have undesirable side effects on your judgment, your reactions and movements which always pose you to a high risk of a sudden accident, confiscation of your driver’s license or substantial fine. Moreover, you are in a shortest way to upset your friends and bring unneeded trouble to festival organizers.
  • A special area of the brain contains the reward system which makes you happy and satisfied when, for example, you have just eaten, drunk or had sex. Think twice about the unique atmosphere of the festival you love, the music you love and the scene you love. You are just a step away to miss all of this just by simply losing your memory by a chance of overdose.

If you see someone is ill, depressed or afraid and perhaps under the influence of drugs, please contact a festival employee who will do everything to help the person in question.
