Starting off his music career from break beats and d‘n‘b rhythms in vinyls in 1995, this Romanian-German dj STYX then successfully continued exploring house, progressive, techno, trance, and electro sounds. During his five year travels in Australia participating in parties and fellow get-togethers this artist became passionate about trance, trippy, funky, groovy, downbeats psychedelic sounds. Well-known from such festivals as “Universo Paralello“, “Exodus“, “Solar Exlipse“, “BOOM“, and others, DJ STYX established a company “Dreamtime Productions“ which organizes a seven-day-long festival “Transylvania-Calling“ which takes place every year in Romania. This year dj STYX promises a journey to a primeval world, the heaven of the primal people, and the original sin to all TUNDRA visitors. His music is like an adder who seduces you to taste consciousness level vibrations which are above the sounds of a simple music.

KALA SOUNDSYSTEM is Ras Teodor, Jah Likkle, and Junior Pecos sound system selectors, operated, carried, and constructed with strong hands. They are well-familiar and awaited in the venues where reggae and dub music lovers like to get together. “KALA SOUNDSYSTEM is a space and time hallucination that comes true. It‘s everything that‘s far away, but can‘t be understood without what‘s here. Something silent, but incomprehensible without something that‘s loud. It encourages to come closer, to move forward, and explore the distances“, say the operators of the first Lithuanian sound system.

Lithuanian Erik Berežok, who calls himself E-ROOTT, is one of the strongest reggae standard-bearer in Lithuania. Erikas has many times proved a power of positive music on the dance floor by using his subtle taste and rich vinyl collection. His alliance “Groove Tribes“ has brought a number of famous reggae artists to Lithuania, while a small part of the legend is being plaid in “OreCast“ player. Reincarnating to the Greek god of love Eros (because he was born on February 14) this artist promises an unforgettable and colorful roots, reggae, reggae fusion, and dub sound magic in his set which has been recorded straight from the vinyls.

OWL is Pierre – a musician, producer, sound engineer, and dj from Belgium. After a long collaboration with his friend „Clearlight“ in a common Glÿph project, in 2013, supported by German, Italian, and American labels, he started creating his own personal sound. His music is like a numinous owl flight in a forest, drowning in mystique and evolving 140/170 bpm, leading its paths to progressive, deep cosmic ecstasy.

A Belgian music producer CLEARLIGHT is coming to TUNDRA. This musician pays a lot of attention to both – musical and visual sides of his performance. He doesn‘t limit himself to dubstep sounds, therefore his music is full of alien spark, flawlessly employed outside sounds, unpredictable percussion, and rich bass. Recently launched Circular Thinking EP will definitely put a spell on all of us.

WISEMAN DUB is Raffaele Gargiulo (aka Papa Lele), a project of one of the founders of “Aquietbump“ label. Almost untouched by civilization, mountainous, and poor homeland in Irpinia inspired the musician to create a “wise rhythm“ where roots, reggae, digital dub, and dancehall sounds from vinyls are going to fly you back to the South Italian vineyards that smell like honey enriched with acacia and magnolia notes.
